God dreamt you up and then he created you. Imagine the moment of inspiration....What solutions do you carry? What beauty from his image do you reflect? How does your expression bring him joy and usher his light in? When you make space for God to answer these questions, he brings inspiration to your life. "Inspire" means to breathe in the divine breath. When we connect with God's voice, his exhale is our inhale. We have what we need to move forward to be what he dreamed.
When we plant ourselves in God's presence, His divine breath infuses us with life causing us to flourish in every season.
At Inspired women's retreats we encounter the person of Jesus, the life of the Spirit, and the heart of the Father with in the context of community.

Be Inspired...
When we hear God's voice, we tap into his inspiration over our lives. The breath of his spirit revives our hearts and dreams. We are called to rise up to the fullness of our stature.
"Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD rises upon you."

Glow...
With each glimpse of him, we radiate with his likeness from the inside out. We reveal his beauty by being who he created us to be, made in his image.

A note from our Founder...
The retreats were born out of my spiritual life coaching practice. I have been honored to connect with some incredible women on a journey to go deeper with God to heal and rise up to the fullness of their stature. Many of them were aching for authentic community so I began small groups for them to gather. The momentum of bringing them together was powerful. So I wanted to create a space for us to gather in a retreat setting. My best friends championed me and helped me bring the vision to life. We’ve hosted five retreats since May 2018, and a powerful community is growing! We come from various churches and cities.
At my core, I’m a healer who loves connecting people to God’s voice and remove anything that’s hindering them from oneness with him. This can be lies we believe, wounds, isolation, busyness, shame, bad doctrine, etc. I believe that healing and growth happens best with in community. I’m blown away by women who rise up to champion each other and the level of vulnerability they’ll allow themselves, given the right atmosphere: honor, safety, empowerment, love.
I create spaces for women to gather regularly because the fruit is undeniable--we are impacting homes, work places, and churches. God’s gathering his warring women to prepare them for what’s to come and I am honored to participate with him!

Meet the Team
Lenay is an ordained minister whose passion for inner healing and listening prayer has led her into the field of prayer counseling for over a decade. As co-founder of Take This City, she and her husband have trained hundreds of lay ministers through out San Antonio. Her current passion project, "Think with God," empowers women through spiritual life coaching to access the thoughts of God on all aspects of life. With her coaching clients in mind, Lenay founded the Inspired Women ministry which hosts women’s retreat aimed at authentically connecting women to the lavish love of the Father in tangible and life altering ways.

Victoria Vale is a thirteen year-old who has always had a passion in music and the prophetic. She loves spending time with and talking to Jesus as well as connecting others to Him through her art and dance.
Victoria grew in her prophetic gift through Bethel Church's Destiny Kids training in Redding, CA and is currently learning to flourish in dance. Victoria will be sharing her creative gifting in the workshops and giving out prophetic pictures and words throughout the retreat!

Emily Schelling
Inspire Team Leader
Emily Schelling is a lover of Jesus and people. She currently serves as the Connections/Life Group Director and as a minister on the prophetic team at Legacy Church in New Braunfels, TX.
Emily has a passion for activating inheritance in all of God's children and His bride-to-be. She has been a pursuer of the prophetic since 2009 when she attended Ramah Ministry School at Acts Church in Waco Texas. She went on to serve as the leader over the prophetic ministry team, activating the body in the prophetic and leading prophetic teams during ministry time.

Heather Bedard
Heather Bedard is a wife and mom of four who loves to facilitate spaces for people to connect with God in worship. She has studied and taught music for nearly 20 years. She loves using it as a vehicle to awaken people to the presence of God that is already around and within them. Heather has led worship for 15 years in both small groups and congregations and was an ordained pastor and creative director at a local church for 6 years, growing and teaching teams to use their gifts in the Kingdom.

Jennifer Ortiz
Jenny a wife and mother of two. She is a powerful intercessor and our founders life long friend and sister of the heart.
By trade she works as head of Human Resources for a successful local business.
She is also a trained lay counselor and Sozo minister. Jenny has a heart of gold and she loves to provide a prayer covering for the team, each retreat and the retreaters.
She's also incredible at planning and creating spaces for healing and connection.

Hospitality Atmosphere & Event Coordination
Dafne Wiswell
Dafne Wiswell is a Holistic Health + Life Coach who has studied and practiced holistic health for 13 years. Her long season of struggling with multiple autoimmune conditions (and constantly seeking God along the way) resulted in a miraculous journey of healing and establishing her private coaching practice. She equips women as they learn to connect the physical with the spiritual and empowers God’s daughters to increase their awareness of his presence in the everyday “normal” aspects of life (food, relationships, work, movement). She’s had the honor of supporting hundreds of women in the last decade as they’ve invited supernatural healing to be released in every area - body, mind and spirit
